Podcast Coordinating with The Cultural Empowerment Project
As a Volunteer Podcast Coordinator for The Cultural Empowerment Project, I have had the incredible opportunity to merge my passion for storytelling with my commitment to social causes. In this role, I manage the entire podcast production process, from conceptualization to distribution. This involves coordinating with guest speakers, scripting, editing, and ensuring the timely release of each episode.
My role has not only honed my technical skills in audio production but also deepened my understanding of how empowering marginalized communities can help the region as a whole.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my volunteer work has been the ability to amplify the voices of those who are often unheard. By interviewing community leaders, beneficiaries, and experts in the field, I help create engaging and informative content that educates our listeners and advocates for positive change. Through this experience, I have developed strong project management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team. Volunteering as a Podcast Coordinator has been a fulfilling journey, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the non-profit’s mission while growing both personally and professionally.
